ZAP Boxing Club is open to the public Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We offer a wide range of workouts to keep your heart thumping and the sweat dripping. So whether you're looking to lose weight, improve your speed and power, or just looking for a new challenge, stop in. We are confident you will find what you are looking for.

Here at ZAP we welcome all visitors, spectators and challengers alike. We believe in providing an encouraging and respectful environment, so that all can learn and enjoy the sport of boxing. Our members range in ethnic diversity from ages 6 to 46. Some are here for fitness, others for weight loss, and some for competition. Regardless of what brings you here, we all share a desire to learn, work hard and achieve our inner potential.
